Loads of Linux Links (LoLL) is a site which purpose is to collect, organise, classify, and maintain important URLs about Linux and the Open Source movement for all levels of Linux users. You can see this to know what is the link selection policy. The project has more than 4000 links at this moment, and is updated usually on a daily basis. Better yet the data are GPLed so the project can never be hijacked by proprietary interests!
I knew about this site in the blog Lugsaju, which has this announcement in Spanish.
